The shop is reconfigured to a simple more affordable size with amenities; the shop-top is converted to a sought-after inner city apartment with separate access and modern living; and the rear yard becomes home to a brand new laneway townhouse, unashamedly modern and desirable.
Three Doors saves our history. We recycle outdated buildings for modern living. We provide much needed accommodation in inner city areas. And in doing so, we deliver a high yielding asset, with diversified income, delivered in a 20–30-month time frame, with relatively low risk.
